Tracey, Adrian and Jess, guys thank you so much for a such a challenging and adventurous overnight hike last night. It was great to meet so many enthusiastic, positive and fun fellow hikers. My legs are feeling the 28k’s today and still a little jet-lagged but also feeling very accomplished. Thanks again and hope to join another adventure soon.
PS – the food was all fantastic
they are awesome! They take the time and help you with every aspect of hiking and just trail walking. Help with equipment and just general knowledge with what to bring and what to expect. My favourite was the food!!! In abundance and very satisfying. Rate the team highly
What an amazing awesome weekend at the Yoga and Hiking retreat. Spent time with friends and meet some new people. Learnt yoga and meditation, run a 7km run along the rail trail. Played some activities and completed a 9km bush walk. And the food was awesome. Highly recommend anyone to go and do.
Thank you for an amazing weekend away.
