We offer you a chance to reconnect with nature and help you focus on becoming the best you can be. Our unique and highly flexible weekend means that we can cater to most needs, with varying levels of activities and intensity you get to choose what you need.

As for the location, the Otways speak for themselves. This slice of Victoria brings rainforest and coastal fresh air together.

Grading – beginner

This is a health and fitness weekend, the idea is to get you out be active, live healthily and learn ways to help reset your health and fitness goals, therefore the walks are about enjoyment, fresh air and company, the yoga is tailored for every level.

What to Expect

Thank you for your interest in our Yoga & Hiking Retreat. We are passionate about taken you off the beaten track, creating positive experiences and memories that will last a lifetime. We are committed to ensuring that our day trips, weekends or tours are unique, attainable, well researched, affordable and tailored for the enjoyment of small groups. Our adventures cater for people from many walks of life, age groups and motivations. We aim to give you the very best of what nature and the outdoors has to offer, leaving you with a smile from ear to ear and a sense of accomplishment.

Dietary Requirements

Provided we are advised in advance of your departure we are able to cater for vegetarian diets and can assist with medically recommended diets (allergies and intolerances). Please ensure you discuss your requirements with us well in advance.

How to book

To secure your spot, you will need to pay a deposit or first installment. This can be done via our booking links. If you would like to discuss payments please contact us.

What to Bring
  • Large drink bottle, or two normal drink bottles on a hot day.
  • A small backpack
  • Medication, camera etc
  • Hat, or beanie
  • Sturdy walking boots or trail shoes or runners.
  • Walking clothes, we generally recommend shorts or light pants with layers for your upper body.

Day 1yoga and meditation session

Arrive at our accommodation from 6pm, find your room and join us for dinner followed by the first of our get to know you workshops and a yoga and meditation session to help you sleep

Day 2 Positive reinforcement

Up early for a good morning yoga wake up session. Before a hearty breakfast and our bushwalk that will aim to burn so calories and make you feel energised. Then time for R&R , massage or both. Then time for our life and health session, looking into good eating habits and positive reinforcement. Evening of board games and socialising.

Day 3Morning Walk

An early morning walk, to get the blood moving before we head back for our healthy lifestyle workshop finishing with our 90 min yoga.
