What to Expect

Located within the traditional land of the Wurundjeri people, this area provided numerous flora and fauna species that were used for food, medicines, the manufacture of many important cultural items, the construction of temporary shelters, and a permanent source of fresh water. Scarred trees and stone artefact scatters are evidence of the Wurundjeri peoples’ use of the area prior to European settlement.
